Yemen: minister of state declares resignation reasons
(MENAFN) Outgoing Yemeni Minister of State, Salah Al-Sayadi has said that the Saudi led coalition of Arab states is obstructing the Yemeni legitimate government's work to restore life to the liberated areas in Yemen and withholding support for them for the past two years.
Al- Sayadi announced on Tuesday his resignation in a post on his Twitter account saying "I declare my final resignation from the government for reasons I will explain later".
The Yemeni minister summarized the reasons for his resignation in 11 points in which he cited President Abd Rabbo Hadi inability to return home to any part of the liberated areas or the temporary capital of Aden".
He stressed that this had undermined the legitimate government power and was in favor with the militias which are 'contrary' to the objectives of the Arab coalition operations in Yemen sand the UN Security Council resolutions on Yemen.
