Cousins Properties Announces Its First Quarter 2018 Common Stock Dividend

(MENAFNEditorial) ATLANTA, March 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties Incorporated (NYSE: CUZ ) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.065 per common share for the first quarter of 2018, representing an 8.3% increase over the prior quarter's common dividend. The first quarter dividend will be payable April 13, 2018, to common shareholders of record on April 3, 2018. The $0.065 per share quarterly common dividend equates to $0.26 per share on an annualized basis.
