Sipchem plans for merger negotiations with Sahara


(MENAFN) Concerning their potential upcoming merger, Saudi International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) stated on Tuesday that the company plans to its negotiations with Sahara Petrochemicals Company (Sahara.)

Sipchem took the decision on the back of the recent changes in the regulatory framework, according to the company's statement to Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Sipchem is a globally recognized chemical manufacturer and plc (2006), generating revenue of over SR 3.5 billion in 2015 and employing more than 1,100 people from all around the world.
