Lebanon, Armenia to set up joint fund for business initiatives


(MENAFN) Lebanon and Armenia were declared to be setting up a joint fund, aiming to boost common business projects.

It comes as a meeting was held between Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri and his Armenian counterpart Karen Karapetyan over economic cooperation among both countries.

Both countries have detected significant potential in the growth of bilateral economic ties, the Armenian Prime Minister stated during a joint press conference.

Armenian Prime Minister Karapetyan then affirmed "we are very interested in receiving Lebanese businessmen in Armenia."
