(MENAFN) Suicide attacker left two deaths, with the manager of the Ministry of Haj and Religious Affairs among them in the eastern Nangarhar region,according to an Afghan official.
Spokesman for the provincial governor, Attahullah Khogynai, declared that another ten people were injured amid the violation in the provincial capital, Jalalabad.
The suicidal seemed to aim at the local religious affairs official, Abdul Zahir Haqqani, while on foot.
No accusations were raised against anyone,however,Nangarhar is considered a home for many attacks on police officers and army forces from the Taliban and a rival Islamic State affiliate.
