Jordan- 13 Daesh militants killed in Afghan airstrikes
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, March 4 (Petra) -- At least 13 Daesh militants were killed late Saturday t in an airstrikes that targeted Jowzjan Province north of Afghanistan, military sources said on Sunday.
The 209th Shaheen Corps of the Afghan Military in the North said at least two foreign insurgents hailing from Tajikistan were also among those killed, the Afghan Khaama Press reported.
Afghan air force conducted a series of raids on Daesh militants' hideouts in the Darzab district, leaving at least 13 militants dead, the report explained.
