Tunisia Condemns Terrorist Attacks in Burkina Faso

Tunis, Jumada II 15, 1439, March 03, 2018, SPA -- Tunisia has strongly condemned the terrorist attacks in the capital Ouagadougou yesterday, targeting the headquarters of the army of Burkina Faso and the French Embassy and the French Institute, resulting in a number of deaths and injuries.
In a statement issued today, the Tunisian Foreign Ministry expressed Tunisia's solidarity with Burkina Faso's authorities in addressing the scourge of terrorism and its sympathy with France.
Tunisia renewed the call of the international community to exert greater efforts to support cooperation and coordination to confront all forms of extremism and violence and to besiege and dry its sources.
