Saudi Arabia's entertainment sector to see USD64bn investment


(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia was revealed to be planning in supporting its entertainment sector through putting in USD64 billion.

The investment was confirmed by General Entertainment Authority chief Ahmad bin Aqeel al-Khatib to be from the government as well as the private sector.

It was also confirmed that over 5,000 events are designed to take place within this year.

Chief Khatib declared "we are already building the infrastructure," as he confirmed that an opera house will be constructed.
