ISESCO chief commends Kuwait Amir's support of Arab, Islamic action


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RABAT, Feb 23 (KUNA) -- The Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) Director General Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri said Friday State of Kuwait, led by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, was excelling in common Arab and Islamic action.

"The State of Kuwait is a major pillar in the foundation of common Arab and Islamic action, and Kuwait is a source of price for Arabs and Muslims," Al-Tuwaijri said.

He was speaking to KUNA on sidelines of a reception held by Kuwait Embassy in Rabat to mark the Gulf country's national days.

Al-Tuwaijri praised the support of Kuwait and His Highness the Amir to ISESCO. "We highly appreciate this relationship and the role of His Highness the Amir in boosting common Arab and Islamic action,' he added. (end) mry.bs
