Tunisia's tourism sector sees recovery in 2018

(MENAFN) Tunisia's tourism sector has crashed its levels within this year, recovering the terrorist attacks seen in 2015.

Tourism Minister Salma Loumi declared "we aim to receive 8 million tourists this year with strong booking rates from European customers and other new customers."

Tunisia's tourism minister also assured that "the return of British tourists is a very good signal for us."

Prominent European tour operations have begun coming right back, following three years of turning away from Tunisia as a result of a shooting attack.
