UAE soldier killed in Yemen
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ABU DHABI, Feb 18 (KUNA) -- The General Command of UAE Armed Forces said on Sunday one of its serviceman was killed in Yemen while he was on duty as part of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition in this war-torn Arab country.
Sergeant Ali Al Mesmari was "martyred" while carrying out his duties within the Coalition's operations, the general command said in a press release, carried by Emirate News Agency (WAM).
The General Command offered its condolences to the killed soldier's family, according to the release. (end) bs.mt
