Saudi Football 2nd Tier Renamed after the Crown Prince

Riyadh, Jumada I 23, 1439, Feb 9, 2018, SPA -- Kingdom's football second tier will be renamed after His Royal Highness the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.
Chairman of the General Sports' Authority Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al Al-Sheikh has issued a decision, to this effect.
The decision included raising the tally of the Saudi top flight professional league or the Premier to 16 clubs, starting from the next coming season.
It provided also that an outlining relevant mechanism is in the pipeline and will be announced, later on.
Other various sports decisions have been taken, too.
