Jessica Flannery

(MENAFN- The Conversation) Jessica is a clinical psychology doctoral candidate at the University of Oregon, with an emphasis in pediatric neuroimaging. Her research focuses on identifying how stress "gets under the skin" to influence trajectories of mental health and health risk behaviors during sensitive periods of development. She specifically focuses on social and emotional brain function and the gut microbiota and psycho-social factors that may act to buffer or protect the developing systems from perturbations.
