Stallions women return after a successful Oman tour


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Stallions cricket Academy has achieved another milestone by completing a tour to Oman with their women's cricket squad. The woman's team played a series of matches at the Al Amerat International Stadium in Muscat. Integral Uniforms in Qatar was one of the sponsors for the tour.
Stallions are the leading cricket academy in Doha, currently specialised in coaching and cricket tours, tournaments, camps and leadership training programmes, for juniors from the age of 6 and above. The academy has already completed many cricket tours to England, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Oman and Australia during the past few years.
The women's cricket programme is conducted every week at the Stallions Cricket Center and qualified coaches including a woman coach conduct the practices. Currently 15 women cricketers are part of the Stallions Academy.
The academy in Qatar was launched with the purpose of developing the game of cricket in Qatar since 2013 and has trained more than 450 budding cricketers over the past years.
