Two thousand Jordanians work in Bahrain's private sector
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Manama, Jan. 29 (Petra)-Official census figures showed that Jordanians working in Bahrain's private sector ranked fourth among expat Arab nationalities here.
The Bahrini-published daily, Al-Ayam, said Jordanian workforce in the Arab Gulf country amounted to 2 thousand, with Egyptian nationals taking the top standing of 5825, and then 2019 for Yemenis, and the Lebanese ranked last with 881 workers.
Gov't statistics reveal the total figure of manpower in the Bahraini private sector hits around 600 thousand, where Indians and Bangladeshis top the list.
