Qatar condemns Baghdad blasts

Doha: Qatar expressed strong condemnation and denunciation of the double explosion that targeted Tayyaran Square in Baghdad and left several people killed and injured. In a statement, the Foreign Ministry reiterated Qatar's firm stance in rejection of violence and terrorism no matter what the motives and causes were. It voiced Qatar's condolences to the families of victims, the government and people of Iraq. It also wished speedy recovery to the injured.
