Egyptian Navy kills Gazan fisherman
(MENAFN) Naval Egyptian forces have shot a Palestanian fisherman dead, in southern Gaza Strip, and he died in a hospital in Rafah town, in Gaza, the Health Ministry in Gaza stated.
While he was fishing near the southern border town of Rafah, the identified, Abdullah Zeidan, 32, was shot and critically injured by the Egyptian soldiers.
Around 3,000 fishermen are presently working in the strip, under tight limitations, forced by the Israeli government, including fading the fishing area to six miles, and constant arrest of fishermen, according to the union.
