Kuwait- IICO raises donations to aid refugees

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Jan 10 (KUNA) -- The International Islamic Charity Organization (IICO) on Wednesday declared launching a humanitarian campaign aimed at relieving Syrian and Palestinian refugees with onset of winter cold.

The organization is seeking donations to secure food parcels, each worth KD 30 (approx. USD 100) AND sufficient for a five-member family for a month, in addition to clothes, heating fuel for each family valued at KD 35 as well as blankets.

He appealed to citizens and private companies to contribute to the campaign for aiding the refugees, namely children.
