Economy minister meets 2025 World Expo delegate
(MENAFN- Gulf Times) HE the Minister of Economy and Commerce, Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohamed al-Thani, holding talks with Pascal Lamy, the Inter-ministerial delegate in charge of the preparation of the French candidature for the World Expo 2025 in Doha yesterday. During the meeting, a number of issues of mutual interest were discussed. Qatar and France have close economic and trade relations. The volume of trade exchange between the two countries in 2016 was about QR4.8bn. France is Qatar's 15th largest trading partner.
