Oman- Customer modifies BAIC BJ40 for added adventure

(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- To add a personal touch, a BAIC customer has modified his BJ40L with a whole range of accessories for an off-road adventure.

Speaking about modifying the BAIC BJ40, the customer said, 'Modifying my BAIC BJ40 makes me feel like the car is more exclusive and suited to my off-road driving needs. But I must insist that BAIC BJ40 is already a fantastic car and the car designers have put a lot of time and thought into the design of the vehicle.'

The accessories the customer used to modify his vehicle include Aluminium Front Bumper, Aluminium Flat fly Fenders, Front Skid Plate, Roll Cage Roof Rack with Jerry can mounts, Rear Trailer Hitch Mount, Wheel Spacers, Dobinson's Front and Rear Shock Absorbers, All Terrain Tyres, LED Light Bar and driving beam.

BJ40: Robust SUV with smart functionality
Being made since 1961, BJ40 from BAIC has a glorious past spanning more than half a century of tough all-terrain experience.

BJ40 is a separate body on frame design which enhances the torsional stiffness for handling severe road conditions. The engine is designed to deliver almost 90 per cent of its peak torque at very low rpm ensuring large availability of torque at low vehicle speed. The large over-fenders, full size spare tyre mounted on rear door for easy access, add to the appeal of a classic SUV. You can explore all terrains off-road and on-road in style and comfort.
