Morocco economy see growth of 3.8 percent within 2017 third quarter
(MENAFN) According to the official High Commission for Planning (HCP), a 3.8% growth of economy has been seen in Morocco during 2017 third quarter following a 1.3% slow growth during 2016 of the same period.
The development has mostly resulted after the 14.5% increase in agricultural output during the third quarter, marking a major leap from last year's 13.6% decline, according to the planning commission.
A brutal drought in the autumn of 2015 has affected economy in Morocco, hitting 2016 agricultural production. Nonetheless, after late 2016 brought heavy rainfall, the economy witnessed major development within 2017.
