Saudi- Narcotics Smuggler Executed in Khobar

Khobar, Rabi'II 09, 1439, December 27, 2017, SPA --The Ministry of Interior said in a statement issued today that Ammar bin Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Ghamdi, a Saudi national, was executed in Khobar Province today for trafficking and possession of a large quantity of narcotic Hashish.
The Ministry said that the Court convicted the trafficker; the sentence was endorsed by Appeal and Supreme Courts, and a royal order was issued to execute the sentence.
The Ministry of Interior affirms that the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is keen on combating narcotics due to their great harm to individuals and the society, warning anyone who tries to commit such actions to be punished according to Sharia.
