Kuwaitis 3rd largest real estate byers in Turkey in Nov.
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ANKARA, Dec 22 (KUNA) -- Kuwaitis bought 151 real estate properties in Turkey last month, ranking third after Iraqis, 405, and Saudis 239, official data revealed today.
Russians came fourth, 135, and Afghans fifth, 105, according to data revealed by the Turkish Statistical Institute Friday.
Real estate sales to foreigners reached 2,152 real estate in November, a rise of 21.4 percent year-on-year.
Istanbul topped the list of cities targeted by real estate buyers, 728, followed by Antalya, 491, then Bursa, 142, and Yalova, 128, and finally Sakarya, 94.
Generally, real estate sales in Turkey hit 122,732 units in November, marking a fall of 7.5 percent compared to the same month in 2016. (end) rs.msa
