RPM has added new talent to the team, who each bring a wealth of industry experience and will assist communities and residents as well as help expand the branch's unmatched customer service.

The team hosted an educational board member seminar in September that included information on budgets, reserves and maintenance. They will continue to offer educational opportunities for board members in 2018, beginning in February.

TownSq will be introduced to RPM managed communities, which allows residents to socialize with their neighbors as well as give them the convenience of direct communication with their community management team and board members. The app allows for residents and boards to participate in forum discussions with neighbors, access newsfeed notifications and current account information, submit service requests, book amenities, make online payments, receive updates on requests and access important association news and documents for better community living.
