Cairo, Rabi'II 3, 1439, Dec 21, 2017, SPA -- As many as 50 vessels transited the Suez Canal today, with a total cargo of 3.4 million tons.
The north-bound convoy included 30 vessels laden with 1.9 million tons while the south-bound convoy included 20 vessels carrying 1.5 million tons, according to a statement by the Suez Canal Authority.
