Egypt condemns ballistic missile attack on Riyadh
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) CAIRO, Dec 19 (KUNA) -- Egypt condemned on Tuesday the heinous ballistic missile attack from Yemeni territory targeting the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
The Foreign Ministry said that such acts by the Houthi militias should be stopped. It affirmed that the recent attack was against international laws concerning the targeting of civilians.
The statement stressed that Egypt stood in solidarity with Saudi Arabia against this attack.
Earlier today, a ballistic missile was intercepted by the Arab coalition supporting the legitimate government in Yemen. The attack caused no casualties or damages. (end) hdr.gta
