(MENAFN) The anticipated Jeddah Gateway housing project has been reportedly launched by Saudi government on a 192,000-sq-m area, east of Haramain Expressway.
According to the Saudi Gazette, Sundus Developers are executing the project which will offer 30 buildings with 8 to 16-stories that provide 1,952 housing units with 4-6 apartments on each floor.
General Manager of Sundus Naif Al Suhaim stated 'the housing units will be handed over to the beneficiaries within three years of signing the lease agreement.'
