Kuwaiti oil price up 78 cents to stand at USD 60.46 per barrel

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Dec 12 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti crude oil went up 78 cents yesterday and settled at USD 60.46 per barrel, compared to USD 59.68 per barrel since last Friday, said Kuwait petroleum Corporation (KPC) Tuesday.
In world markets, oil prices were up yesterday after shutdown of oil piplines in the northern sea for maintenance, including investors focus on buying priority commodities after New York explosion.
Oil crude price brent mixed was up 1.29 cents to stand at USD 64.69 with the US crude Western Texas oil also up 63 cents and settled at USD 57.99 per barrel. (end) asj.mb
