Oman- Sayyid Fahd receives Bahraini envoy

(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- H H Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers received Sheikh Ali bin Khalifa al Khalifa, Bahrain's Deputy Prime Minister and Envoy of King Hamad bin Issa al Khalifa of Bahrain and his accompanying delegation,on Sunday.

The Bahraini delegation was in Oman to offer condolences on the death of Sayyid Turki bin Mahmoud al Said.

During his meeting with Sayyid Fahd, the Bahraini Deputy Prime Minister conveyed condolences and sympathy of King Hamad, praying to Allah the Almighty to rest the departed soul in peace and grant his family patience.

Sayyid Fahd expressed his appreciation to the King of Bahrain and the Bahraini Deputy Prime Minister for their good initiative and condolences, praying to Allah the Almighty to protect them and their families against all harms. The meeting was attended by some members of the Royal Family, ministers and senior officials.

Sheikh Ali was also accompanied by his son Sheikh Issa bin Ali bin Khalifa al Khalifa.

The Bahraini delegation was received and seen off by Sayyid Faisal bin Turki al Said, Sayyid Kamil bin Fahd al Said, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidi, secretary general in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H E Sheikh al Fadl bin Mohammed al Harthy, secretary general in the Council of Ministers, the chargé d'affaires of the Bahraini Embassy in Oman and other members of the embassy.
