Iran regrets US travel ban
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) TEHRAN, Dec 5 (KUNA) -- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Tuesday regretted the US Supreme Court's decision to allow full enforcement of a travel ban on citizens from six majority-Muslim countries, including Iran.
The court has paved way for complete "disrimination" in the US, Zarif said in his official Twitter account, cited by official media.
The Court ruled on the third iteration of President Donald Trump's executive order that sought to limit travel to the US for travelers from Chad, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen, citing national security concerns. (end) mw.bs
