Saudi Arabia, Palestine discuss latest regional developments

RIYADH, 3rd December, 2017 (WAM) -- Saudi Arabia's crown prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, has received a telephone call from the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
According to the Saudi Press Agency, SPA, during the conversation, the parties reviewed the latest developments in Palestine and the region.
