Jordan- Ramtha Mayor Assailant Surrenders to Authorities

AMMAN —AlGhad— The civilian who assaulted the Mayor of Ramtha, north of Jordan, around one month ago, just turned himself in earlier today, Monday morning, to the northern district's pre-emptive police force. Police have identified the suspect early, and the authorities have been negotiating with the assailant to turn himself in, according to a police, which he did.
Investigations to uncover the full detail of the incident are underway, and the assailant will be processed in accordance to the law, the source confirmed.
