Lebanon's Hariri says to hold off resignation as PM
(MENAFN- The Peninsula) BEIRUT: Lebanon's Saad al-Hariri said onWednesday he would hold off presenting his resignation as primeminister in response to a request from President Michel Aoun toallow more dialogue.
"I presented today my resignation to President Aoun and heurged me to wait before offering it and to hold onto it for moredialogue about its reasons and political background, and Ishowed responsiveness," Hariri said in a televised statement.
