300 extremist settlers storm northern Hebron
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Ramallah, Nov.19 (Petra) - Some 300 extremist settlers early Sunday stormed Halhul town near the West Bank city of Hebron to perform their Talmudic rites under the protection of Israeli forces.
The official of the settlement file in the south of the West Bank, Ratib Al-Jabour, said in a statement that the occupation forces secured the entry of 300 Jewish settlers to the tomb of prophet Nathan in the town, noting that clashes broke out between Palestinian youths and the Israeli soldiers, but no injuries were reported.
