A joint women's driving school to be opened in Jeddah
(MENAFN)A women-only vehicle driving school is being established on the KAU campus, after it received on Wednesday the agreement from The General Department of Traffic and King Abdul Aziz University (KAU).
The school is established in an effort to provide driving lessons to women in association with international standards and the royal decree allowing women to drive starting 10/10/1439 H.
This step was planned during a meeting between the rector of KAU, Abdul Rahman Al-Youbi, and the director of the General Department of Traffic, Brig. Gen. Mohammad Al-Bassami, at the university.
