(MENAFN)Royal Oman Police (ROP) reported the death of three people and injuries to nine when a bus crashed into another vehicle in central Oman on Friday morning.
"A collision between a bus carrying 38 passengers and another vehicle 10
kilometers after the Ghaba rest stop in the direction of Adam province, resulting in the death of three people and injuring nine others." ROP tweeted.
Both vehicles were having Abu Dhabi number plates with a total of 40 passengers of which 39 were Yemeni nationals, and one was Pakistani, according to the police.
Three were killed immediately, three suffered from serious injuries, and the rest suffered medium to light injuries.
