Jordan- Kuwait's Emir accepts Gov't resignation
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Kuwait, Oct. 30 (Petra) -- Kuwait's Emir, Sheikh Sabah Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Monday accepted the resignation of the government of Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al Sabah and asked him to stay on in a caretaker capacity.
The resignation came days after lawmakers questioned State Minister for Cabinet Affairs and Acting Information Minister, Sheikh Mohammed Al Sabah, over financial and administrative violations, and filed a no-confidence motion against him.
