Condolences sent to Indonesian president

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, His Highness the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani and HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani yesterday sent cables of condolences to President of Indonesia Joko Widodo after an explosion and fire at a fireworks factory near Jakarta killed at least 47 people and injured dozens more. The Qatari leaders wished the injured a speedy recovery.

Sheikh Thani conveysEmir's condolences
HE Sheikh Thani bin Hamad al-Thani conveyed yesterday the condolences of His Highness the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and His Highness the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani to the King of Thailand Maha Vajiralongkorn and the royal family on the death of King Bhumibol Adulyadej, during the funeral ceremony which took place in Bangkok.

PM sends messageto Italian minister
HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani sent yesterday a written message to Italy's Interior Minister Marco Minniti dealing with bilateral relations. Qatar's ambassador to Italy Abdulaziz bin Ahmed al-Malki handed the message during a meeting with Paula Amadi, the diplomatic adviser of the Italian interior minister.
