Kuwait- Man seen walking naked
(MENAFN- Arab Times) KUWAIT CITY, Oct 25: Saad Al-Abdullah area came to a standstill when a 49-year old GCC national was spotted wandering stark naked on the streets of the area, reports Al Anba daily. When the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received news from onlookers about a naked man wandering the streets, securitymen were immediately sent to the location. They discovered that the 1968- born man is suffering from mental disorders and has a file at the psychiatric hospital. He was arrested and referred to the hospital.
