Qatar- Russian President meets Minister of Finance at forum

Moscow: The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin met with Minister of Finance of the State of Qatar H E Ali Shareef Al Emadi yesterday, during his participation in the 'Russia Calling! investment forum in Moscow.
At the outset of the meeting, the Minister of Finance conveyed the greetings of the Emir of Qatar H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to President Vladimir Putin, and his wishes of more progress of the bilateral relations in all fields.
The President of Russia entrusted the Finance Minister to convey his greetings to H H the Emir of Qatar, and his keenness on developing the relations between the two countries.
The two sides also discussed means of promoting and strengthening cooperation in the economic and investment fields.
The Minister of Finance assured the Russian President of the interest and keenness of Qatar on expanding the horizons of economic cooperation and joint investments between the two countries.
