Etisalat sign MoU with Abu Dhabi Distribution Company


(MENAFNEditorial) Dubai, 16October 2017: Etisalat and Abu Dhabi Distribution Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding to appoint Abu Dhabi Distribution Company (ADDC), part of Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA) as a partner to promote Etisalat elife products and services.

The MOU was signed by Saeed Al Suwaidi, managing director, ADDC, and Sultan Al Dhaheri, Acting General Manager, Etisalat Abu Dhabi.

Saeed Al Suwaidi, Managing Director, ADDC said: 'We are pleased to sign this agreement with Etisalat as it will contribute to the development of our services and enhance the happiness levels of customers. This is in line with Abu Dhabi 2020 plan and long term objective of the government to increase the happiness quotient in the country by providing services in the most efficient manner. With this partnership, customers activate and connect their water and electricity services to their property directly additionally having the facility to subscriber to Etisalat's eLife service as well. This saves time and gives flexibility to our customers across the emirate.

Sultan Al Dhaheri, Acting General Manager, Etisalat Abu Dhabi, said: 'We are pleased to appoint ADDC as our partner to promote and make the availability of Etisalat products and services across a wider partner base. This will give our customers the flexibility of purchasing our services at their convenience at more locations across the country.

As part of the partnership, customers will be able subscribe to elife services directly from ADDC offices avoiding the need to visit Etisalat offices to apply for a connection.
