Action is back at Losail circuit club


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Losail Circuit Sports Club kicks off another exciting season of international and national championships, and track and training days.
In partnership with Qatar Sports For All Federation and Qatar Cyclists, Losail Circuit Sports Club has reopened the track for Ladies Only training Days on Tuesday and Training Days for general public every Wednesday. Both the training days will run from 5pm to 8:30pm and participants can walk, run, cycle or even go rollerblading.
On Ladies Only Training Days, for the kids, there will be a group ride with a trainer. Also, bike rentals will be available from Qatar Cyclists from 5pm-7pm for QR35 for the first hour and QR40 for the second hour.
For those looking to test their bike or cars at the track, Open Track Days are scheduled for October 19-20. Thursday's track day will be held for cars at night, with the track open from 8pm- 11pm. On Friday, it is the turn of the bikes to hit the track from 2:30pm until 7pm.
October will see preparations for another exciting round of World Superbike Championship at Losail. For the fourth year in a row, the circuit will host the finale of the WorldSBK from November 2-4 under the floodlights.
The grandstand ticket is QR100 for the three-day event with free access to the Paddock. Spectators can also win access to the grid and the pit wall canopy for WorldSBK races.
Following its success last year, the 2017 Motul FIM Superbike World Championship Prize Giving Show will be held at the Paddock after the Podium Ceremony of the WorldSBK Race 2 and the first 2,000 guests with grandstand ticket can share this important moment with the championship winners.
