Letter to the editor: Thank you Muscat Daily

(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) All good things must come to an end! My stay in the beautiful city of Muscat is coming to an end this month. During my stay for little over a year, I was fortunate enough to visit most places of tourist interest and captured those memorable moments to cherish forever.

Eight such memories were immortalised by Muscat Daily as 'Photo of the day'. Thank you, Muscat Daily for encouraging me to take up photography as a hobby.

About six months back, I wrote about the menace of littering in public and sent photos of Qurm beach to support the sorry state of affairs.

Last week, I went there with a hope to find a positive change. I was delighted to see the entire stretch of the beach and the lawns spic and span and am happy that Muscat Daily contributed its bit in creating awareness.

Muscat Municipality too has put up hoardings at vantage points to promote cleanliness drive and it is encouraging to see the positive impact around us. Miss you Muscat Daily . All the best!
