Dubai sets up world's largest solar power project
(MENAFN) Dubai will construct the world's largest Concentrated Solar Power project costing Dh14.2bn.
Meanwhile, the largest single-site project will produce 700MW of power when finished, which will be implemented by Dubai Water and Elect Authority (Dewa).
Additionally, a whole of Dh500mn will be collected, as part of the project, for research and development works in the field of smart networks.
Moreover, the project comes as part of implementing the fourth stage of the Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park.
