Kuwait oil price up by 67 cents to USD 52.23 pb


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Sept 15 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti oil went by 67 cents to USD 52.23 per barrel Thursday as oppose to USD 51.56 pb the day before, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said Friday.

The prices at the global were up due to the decreasing rate of the US Dollar and the expected lowering supplies over the increase in demands.

The price of the Brent crude went up by 31 cents to USD 55.47 per barrel, the same occurred with the West Texas Intermediate, which went up by 59 cents to USD 49.89 pb. (end) osj.gta
