Burjeel Medical Centre celebrates third anniversary

(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Burjeel Medical Centre - Azaiba, one of the most premier and largest medical centres in Muscat, celebrates its third anniversary during the month of September as 'Mama and Baby month'.

The celebration is based on creating awareness on the importance of health of mothers and babies in the community.

The celebration was inaugurated by H. H. Sayyida Hujaija Jaifer Saif al Said along with Majida Shikhan Almamari, who are renowned names in the women empowerment and health in the sultanate of Oman.

Mother and child health is very important and prevention is the best defence against all diseases which can affect children and mothers. Therefore, Burjeel Medical Centre is launching many preventive health and antenatal packages for expecting mothers and children.

The health packages will cover the whole journey from the time of conception until delivery.
In the month of September, being the third anniversary, there are many attractive discounts and offers for various medical services such as delivery, vaccination, antenatal, breastfeeding counselling, and other health screenings.

In addition to the various discounted offerings, the centre has lined up lots of activities for children as well as mothers. Children can do face painting, balloon twisting, cartoon characters, and many more fun-loving activities. Mothers can have henna sessions with a henna artist.

On the same day, Burjeel medical centre started the free measles vaccination campaign for all the citizens between 20-35 years.
