(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Responding to a question on counter-terror efforts, King Abdullah said there has been progress on the ground in Iraq and Syria, but the challenges are not limited to those two countries. He stressed that this issue must be considered from a global perspective. The King emphasized that the military approach is needed in the short term but the ideological aspect of terrorism will take much longer, saying: "We have challenges in Libya, Boko Haram, Al-Shabaab group and elsewhere in the world."
