N.K. releases new missile across Japan


(MENAFN) North Korea posted that it haslately launched another ballistic missile on Tuesday morning which has passed through the Japanese region of Hokkaido before landing in the Pacific Ocean, prompting residents to search for shelter as well as forces the government for extra measures against the reclusive state.

South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff also announced the latest missile was fired beside the North Korean capital Pyongyang, adding that it has cut off over 2,700 kilometres, reaching a maximum altitude of at least 550 kilometres.

Never the less, the missile has spread an "unprecedented, serious and grave threat" as Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said.
