Egypt's industry ministry to provide 2mn sqm in Sadat City
(MENAFN) Minister of Industry and Trade proclaimed that the Industrial Development Authority, affiliated to the ministry, will provide 2mn square meters of new land to investors in Sadat City.
Furthermore, the minister handed over the deals of the first phase of the new lands in the City, which has a whole area of 2.4mn sqm for the engineering, food and pharmaceutical industries.
Accordingly, this area involves a small industrial cluster covering 296 units, which is organized to be finished in Sep to be the first complex licenses.
In addition, the lands are divided into 128 factories with an area of 300 sqm, 96 factories on 480 sqm, 24 factories on 560 sqm and 48 factories on an area of 720 sqm.
