(MENAFN) Expats in Oman will be offered more than 5.000 homes through the Sultanate under an USD10.39bn program as part of the five Integrated Tourism Complex projects.
Recently, non-Omani can purchase property amid ITC but the government is pushing to make more such projects, as part of its move away from reliance on oil and gas.
Accordingly, the Sultanate has taken a positive step by opening the Real estate market to Omanis, GCC citizens and other nationalities.
Furthermore, royal decree has allowed non-Omanis to own lands and units in the integrated tourism complexes that are certificated by the related entities in Oman.
